If you have any issues logging on or need your password reset please call the KU Help desk. This includes both internal and external staff.
Inform the help desk tech that you are having trouble logging into the MOVEit DMZ or MOVEit Transfer system (it can go by either name)

The Help Desk Tech will open a ticket on your behalf and forward it to the appropriate team.
Be sure to provide your name, your contact number, and the issue you are experiencing.
